AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY FOR RUSTIC RIDGE VINEYARDS VINES WITH A VIEW CLUB: I certify that I am at least 21 years of age. My Wine Club Membership (“Membership”) renews automatically in April, August and December for a total of three (3) automatic wine charge (“Automatic Charge(s)”) per year. The variety and number of bottles I receive is determined by the Wine Maker. The cost of each Automatic charge is 74.95, plus tax and CRV, and any shipping costs. I authorize RUSTIC RIDGE VINEYARDS to automatically bill my credit card on the first of each pickup month of April, August and December (“Billing Date”) for 74.95 plus tax and CRV. Shippin cost are not included. My Membership will continue until cancelled. I can cancel my membership without penalty by phone: (619) 251-7115 or by email: RUSTICRIDGEVINEYARDS@GMAIL.COM. To avoid being charged Automatically, a cancellation request must be submitted seven (7) days before the next Billing Date.
